What does true Abundance mean to me ?

Abundance is so unique to each and every one of us. But at the core level - Abundance is Alignment. Being aligned to what is true for us, what fulfils us. And to have TIME.

For me, it’s living peacefully in nature. No alarms to wake me up. Slow mornings, warm lemon ACV water. Morning practice - meditation & movement. A warm cup of tea. Writing. Creating. Connecting with loved ones. Going for nature walks. Observing the stars. Sauna. CrossFit, yoga. Cozy nights by the fire. Nourishing homemade meals. Reading. Learning. Travelling. Holding space for my clients and students. Doing what I love because I want to not because I have to. Getting optimum sleep and recovery. Feeling safe, appreciated and love in my relations. Phone calls with my family and dog. The crispy air and morning dew. The sun shining warming my skin. Daily walks with the cats. Still mornings at the beach. Presence. Connection. Love. & so much more!

Life is truly so abundant. It’s in all the small things. It’s an inner feeling of fulfilment. I trust that everything that is meant for me will arrive to me in ease and flow. I realize I already manifested the life of my dreams. Living in the mountains in peace and quiet with my love. Doing what I love. Living in divine service. I get to learn from incredible teachers and elders. Be in spaces that expand me.

There is no need to hustle. To overcommit myself. To “do more”. To engage in anything that feels icky or not aligned with my values.

I listen to my intuition. I create space daily to connect to the Divine and my spirit guides. I tend to my sacred altar. I cleanse. I focus my energy on what matters to me. I try to not complain. I do not engage in gossip. I have solid boundaries. I am mindful of who I spend my time with. And I fill my cup up daily.

An abundant life is a matter of perception.
Abundance is not just about money.
Abundance is an inner state, a feeling we generate.
Abundance is a radio station we can tune into.
Abundance is Energy and Alignment.
Abundance is our innate essence.

Let me share something with you around abundance… Last year when I was in Australia, I found my paycheck from my very first job at Hungry Jacks. I was getting paid $4.65 USD ($6.69 AUD) per hour (pictured below). My first reaction to that humble reminder was “I’m so proud of my younger self for putting herself out there doing her best to make some income at the age of 16 years old”. “Crazy how I worked 24.5 hours to make less than one hours worth of pay now?! Yep… you read it right… I had to work more than one entire day to earn less than what I make in an hour now. If I was to equate my value or worth of time / energy from 2007 til now.. I currently value my time / energy x30 times more than I did back then.

We all start somewhere.. Can you imagine what life would look like if early on we were taught how to value our energy and time? And that we didn’t have to work “hard” .. which is actually against “many” of our human designs… The new way of being is to actually work “smart” and how we are internally built to deliver our gifts .. to be in flow with the natural laws of nature .. our inner nature and Mother nature. To live in balance and harmony. To prioritize rest so we can inner-stand and trust ourselves more to make the most optimized decisions keeping us in alignment.

What I have come to realize after supporting so many souls on their journey through 1:1 sessions and mentorships is that “connection” is one of the most important aspects for transformation, expansion, healing, wealth, abundance, love and anything else you could possible think of.

When we are connecting with ourselves - we learn more about who we are, who we want to be and how we want to show up.

When we are connecting with Mother Earth - we hear her wisdom, learn her ways and she nurtures us deeply.

When we connect with our loved ones or each other, we allow these chosen relationships to transform our lives through the ups and downs.

We are in RELATION with every thing. The house we live in, the car we drive, the money we spend, the flowers, the birds, the trees. Every thing.

And so when it comes to abundance and wealth - here are a few valuable lessons I’ve learnt :

• Abundance is a frequency we get to CHOOSE to vibrate at

• Abundance can mean many things - Wealth, Prosperity, Love, Materialism, Health, Money, Nature .. Abundance is a “perspective” and state of Being

• Wealth / money is neutral - it does not care whether you are good or bad, rich or poor.. it does not judge. It will gravitate towards where it is “welcomed”, where there is space for it to be received, where it knows it will be taken care of.

• Magnetism : Wonder why rich people keep getting richer? Because they are magnetic and they are entertainers. They are aligned on their path and they know what “value” they have to offer the world. They are confident and courageous. They believe deep down they are “worthy” - therefore what they desire is flowing their way.

• Choosing to be grateful and seeing the beauty in everything is the key to keeping your vibration high and staying aligned.

• Understanding that Everything is happening FOR YOU - and not to you. We are here to EVOLVE as spiritual beings in this human experience. When we reach a point of stagnancy or misalignment - the Universe will challenge us. Not because we have done anything bad, but because it wants the best for us. And sometimes it can look a lot like tough love :) in these moments - you can always choose to be grateful any way .. it makes the process a whole lot easier and somewhat enjoyable.

• There is INFINITE ABUNDANCE and WEALTH in this Universe. When you build a healthy relationship with it - it will keep flowing into your life and stay.

• You are already ABUNDANT … take note of all the wonderful things you already have in your life. Rest in a space of contentment. Know that whatever is meant for you will never miss you. All happens in divine timing through divine orchestration.

• Abundance and wealth is LOVE. Nurture yourself and love yourself deeply. Allow your love to pour into everything and everyone in your life… and watch how life magically unfolds for you :)
